Execute sampling correctly leads to more accurate results
Constant monitoring of production and all the raw materials used is an important process in all industries. Sampling is a mandatory tool to secure the quality of all manufactured products. This also implies that the sampling must not affect the materials or products in a negative manner.
During sampling, random samples are taken from an overall quantity. These samples serve as the basis for analysis for quality assurance purposes. Correct sampling execution is, therefore, a very important issue. Only representative and authentic samples reliably inform about the quality, condition or composition of a certain material.
As sampling is the first link in the entire quality control chain, and also a critical process step, it has to be done with due diligence. Take samples – but do it right!
