RNA-seq studies carried out using high-throughput sequencing of cDNA have provided tremendous insight into cellular transcripts studies on a large and more comprehensive scale. We present the sparQ RNA-seq workflow; from sample preparation to library QC. The proprietary, highly optimized enzymes and streamlined workflow generates high quality directional transcriptome NGS libraries from either intact or degraded RNA samples for sequencer-ready RNA libraries in a single day.
